When should I expect to receive my order?

Cape Fear Styles will process your order as soon as it is placed to ensure you receive your items as fast as possible.  Shipping  will be determined by your location and the shipping method you choose.  If your jewelry and accessories are in stock, your order will be delivered within 7-14 business days.  Please allow additional time for custom orders. Cape Fear Styles will notify you when your order is shipping with any necessary tracking numbers or pertinent information.
 

My jewelry was lost in transit. What happens now?

Cape Fear Styles recommends purchasing shipping insurance for your jewelry and accessories to ensure you are protected in the event of damage or shipping misplacement due to the carrier. However, rest assured we want you to enjoy our art and will work to help you recover your items.  If we find the shipment was a CFS error, we will replace your jewelry and refund shipping costs!  Satisfaction guaranteed!
 

I ordered the wrong item!  Can I exchange it?

Of course you can exchange your item, but please return the item undamaged in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt. We will send your new order as soon as the item is returned.
 

There's a particular style on your site I'd like in a different color.  Will you make this for me?

Yes! Please contact us at customer@capefearstyles.com to place your custom order!  You can pick a design or send photos of something you would like created. We will work together to create your masterpiece!
 

I'm getting married and see the perfect bridesmaid necklace on your site. Will I get a discount for ordering more than 1 necklace?
